Laughter truly is the best medicine – I love laughing and seeing the joy it brings others as well!
Several years ago, I realized that I wanted to have more laughter and joy in my life. After finding Laughter Yoga with a simple Google search, I took the leap and trained to become a certified Laughter Yoga Leader. I have been leading Laughter Yoga sessions for over a year now and can say it has had a profound affect on my life. I have become a more joyful and playful person who doesn’t take life as seriously as before.
Seeing the stress of daily life melt away during Laughter Yoga sessions is one of my favorite things. Combining laughter exercises with deep breathing is an energizing and relaxing experience.
Laughter Yoga helps me thrive in my daily life especially as a parent of a teenager!
I am available to lead online and in person Laughter Yoga sessions in the Willamette Valley.

Ha ha ho ho ho!
I first learned about Laughter Yoga in 1999 and attended classes offered by a friend in Mount Vernon, Washington. It was so much fun, but I wasn’t ready at that time to begin my teaching journey. Fast forward to 2024, and here I am, ready to share this amazing concept with anyone who wants to add more joy and laughter to their life!
I’ve always been a fairly serious person with a tendency to worry about things beyond my control. I’ve tried numerous types of meditation, yoga and more throughout the years. Now in my mid-70s, I am ready to embrace life with a newly found sense of humor and “childlike playfulness”. Being silly is fun, plus there are enormous health benefits, i.e. mood elevation, increased energy and less stress!
Let’s go on this journey together, enjoying improved health, making new friends, and simply having more fun in life!
The time is now!

As a recently certified leader for Laughter yoga, I’ve immersed myself in this joyous practice with the hopes of bringing a lot of positivity into people’s lives. Through laughter sessions, I have cultivated not only a healthier body but also a more positive mindset.
Guiding groups through playful exercises and contagious laughter, I’ve witnessed the transformative power of this unique form of yoga. With each session, I’ve honed my ability to foster connection, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.
My experience with Laughter Yoga has been nothing short of uplifting, and I’m passionate about sharing its benefits with others.
